Scene 1- Hangout

(Stephanie, Devon, Lilly and Trevor are at a table when Mack runs over.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Guys, guys, Principal Higginbottom told me that Chloe dropped out of the school and went home to Canada.

Stephanie Williams- Yeah, we know.

Lilly- She told us this morning.

Trevor Mitchel- How bad was this breakup?

Mack Dylan Cooper- Hey she made out with Devon.

Lilly- WHAT?!?!?!

Devon Jonson- How was I suppose to stop her. She grabbed me without leaving a hint.

Lilly- Well, if I ever see her again I'm gonna rip her eyeballs out and feed them to the sharks.

Trevor Mitchel- Don't touch that hottie.

(Everyone looks at Trevor.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Anyways, Principal Higginbottom also told me that my parents are coming for an inspection.

Devon Jonson- Oh that's just great.

Lilly- What's so bad about your parents coming?

Devon Jonson- The last time they were here-

Flashback (Episode: Penelope Rules)

(Penelope and Devon are sitting on rocks.)

Penelope Ann Huff- I have had it with those bozos. It's time for revenge.

Devon Jonson- I've already started.

Penelope Ann Huff- With what?

(Devon snaps his fingers and Mack's parents come out in handcuffs.)

Devon Jonson- Penelope, I want you to meet my parents Mackenzie Dylan Cooper Sr. and my stepmother Alana Rivera-Cooper.

Penelope Ann Huff- Wow, they're ancient.

Alana Rivera-Cooper- Shut up, you old bag.

Mackenzie Dylan Cooper Sr.- We have feelings too, you know.

Penelope Ann Huff- Um, Devon. Why would you kidnap your parents?

Devon Jonson- Because Mack would pay anything to get them back.

Penelope Ann Huff- Yeah but you have just kidnapped Chloe.

Devon Jonson- Yeah but he would know in an instant who captured her.

Mackenzie Dylan Cooper Sr.- Devon Jonson, you better let us go immediately.

Devon Jonson- Make me, grandpa.

Penelope Ann Huff- Look, you guys we're gonna let you go as soon as Mack and Chloe pay up.

(Devon brings Penelope away for a minute.)

Devon Jonson- Why should we let them go?

Penelope Ann Huff- Because I'm not risking not becoming Mrs. Mack Dylan Cooper.

Devon Jonson- Give it a break already. He hates you now.

Penelope Ann Huff- Oh, shut up and get on with the plan.

(Devon then takes a video phone out of his pocket and turns it on and talks into it.)

Devon Jonson- Well, well, well. Mack, Mack, Mack. I have a few people here for you.

(Devon moves the camera facing Mackenzie and Alana tied up.)

Devon Jonson- If you want them to be safe, then you will send us Chloe where we will have her executed. That is all now.

(Devon hits send and it goes to Mack.)

Flashback Ends

Devon Jonson- That is why I can't face my parents again.

(Alana and Mackenzie walk up.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Sorry Devon, that might be a little hard.

Devon Jonson- What do you mean?

(Devon turns around.)

Devon Jonson- Uh, hi dad, Alana. How's it going?

Alana Rivera-Cooper- Pretty good considering you holding us hostage that once.

Stephanie Williams- Hi, Mr. and Mrs. Cooper. I'm Stephanie Williams, but anyways, Devon isn't bad like that anymore. He's still an idiot delinquent of course but he's not as bad as Penelope made him once.

Trevor Mitchel- We hate to say it, but she's telling the truth. Now that he's been dating Lilly she's all he thinks about.

Mackenzie Dylan Cooper Sr.- Who is this Lilly you're talking about?

Lilly- Hi, I'm Lilly, Devon's girlfriend for the past four months.

Alana Rivera-Cooper- Well then you must be a miracle worker.

Lilly- Thank you.

Mackenzie Dylan Cooper Sr.- You seem to be a nice girl. Oh, so where is that Chloe girl?

Mack Dylan Cooper- Oh my gosh. Did none of you hear me? I told you guys she dropped out and went back to Canada.

Mackenzie Dylan Cooper Sr.- Why?

Trevor Mitchel- Mack and her broke up.

Mack Dylan Cooper- OK, Stephanie, Devon, and Lilly, show them around a bit.

(Mr. and Mrs. Cooper, Stephanie, Devon and Lilly walk away.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- OK, Trevor, I've had it.

Trevor Mitchel- With what?

Mack Dylan Cooper- I'm going to Canada, and I'm bringing Chloe back.

Trevor Mitchel- What, are you crazy?

Mack DylanCooper- Well, I want her back.

(Mack hands Trevor a glowing key.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- I'm putting you in charge until I get back. This key can get anything you want and do anything you want. Now I'm trusting you with this. Don't let anyone see it or tell anyone about it. Especially Penelope or Devon.

Trevor Mitchel- I promise you I won't screw this up.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Good. I'll see you in two days.

(A helicopter flies above them and drops a rope ladder which Mack climbs up.)

Mack Dylan Cooper (Shouting)- See you in two days.

(When the helicopter flies away Trevor stares at the key when Penelope and Devon walk ever.)

Trevor Mitchel- Devon, I thought you were with your parents.

Penelope Ann Huff- I dragged him away from the group when know one was looking.

Devon Jonson- OK, Penelope, for that one, you must be an angel.

Penelope Ann Huff- Sure, more like a fallen angel. Anyways, Trevor we see you have Mack's key.

Trevor Mitchel- Yeah, so?

Penelope Ann Huff- So, that key belongs to Devon.

Trevor Mitchel- What are you trying to pull? Mack left me in charge.

Devon Jonson- Yeah, but since I'm Mackenzie's son that means I'm in charge.

Trevor Mitchel- But I-

Penelope Ann Huff- Hand it over Bigfoot.

Trevor Mitchel- But-

(Devon yanks the keys from Trevor and makes a command.)

Devon Jonson- I command for the Springs security to throw Trevor in the Springs jail.

Trevor Mitchel- WHAT?!?!?!

(Three security guards rush over and grab Trevor and rush away.)

Devon Jonson- Now I command the key to be in Penelope's possession.

Penelope Ann Huff- Thanks Devon. Now I command for an evil pound of thunder.

(Penelope has an evil laugh.)

Scene 2- Girls Mansion

(Stephanie, Bertha and Lilly are on the couch when Alana and Mackenzie walk in.)

Alana Rivera-Cooper- Girls, we're being attacked.

Stephanie Williams- By who?

Mackenzie Dylan Cooper Sr.- Penelope and Devon.

Lilly- WHAT!?!?!? Devon is a part of this. I thought he changed.

Bertha Scar- I think we all did.

Alana Rivera-Cooper- OK, guys we have no time.

Mackenzie Dylan Cooper- We have to escape before Penelope catches us. As soon as we get off the island we're home free.

Stephanie Williams- What about everyone else?

Alana Rivera-Cooper- We'll think of that later. Right now we have to escape.

(Devon and three security guards walk in.)

Devon Jonson- No one is going anywhere.

Scene 3- Chloe's Front Yard

(Mack walks up to the door and knocks. Mr. Jones answers.)

Jason Jones- Why, hello, I'm Jason Jones, husband of Stacy Jones and father of Chloe Jones.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Hi, I'm Mack Dylan Cooper.

Jason Jones- Oh, so you're the one who broke Chloe's heart for the second time? Stacy can you come out here?

Stacy Jones- Yes honey.

Jason Jones- This is the rich boy who broke poor Chloe's bike.

Stacy Jones- Oh, Mack, it's so nice to meet you in person. One problem though, Chloe said if you ever came to make you leave, so bye bye.

(Stacy and Jason close the door.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- So much for that.

(Mack get's a text for Stephanie saying “HELP”.)

Scene 4- Girls Mansion

(Devon and the three security guards have Lilly, Stephanie, Bertha, Alana, and Mackenzie cornered.)

Lilly- Devon, I thought you changed.

Devon Jonson- Well, you thought wrong.

Lilly- Then you must be-

(Penelope walks in.)

Penelope Ann Huff- Give it up, losers. You can't stop Devon... And you especially can't stop me.

Bertha Scar- Penelope, you suck. We'll think of something.

Penelope Ann Huff- Can it, Bertha.

Lilly- Devon, can't you see she's just using you? Penelope doesn't even like you.

Devon Jonson- Lilly, if she didn't like me I'd be where you are right now.

Lilly- Alright, Devon, if you're too stupid to realize she's using you, then that just proves my theory. I'm sorry Devon, but you just ruined your last chance. We're through, and this time there are no second chances.

Devon Jonson- Fine. Penelope, you can take it from here.

Penelope Ann Huff- Gladly, security take them to the Springs jail.

Bertha Scar- What?

Stephanie Williams- Hey.

Lilly- Oh, you gotta be kidding me.

(The three security guards pick up Lilly, Bertha, and Stephanie and walk away.)

Penelope Ann Huff- Devon, this is no longer the Springs. This is “PENELOPE SPRINGS.”

Scene 1- Hangout

(Penelope, Stephanie, Devon and Lilly are at a table when Mack and Chloe walk over.)

Chloe Jones- Oh Mack, I can't believe tomorrow it would've been exactly one year since we first became a couple.

Penelope Ann Huff- You're making me nauseous.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Penelope, for once can you think of anyone but your self?

Penelope Ann Huff- I can, it's just I don't want to.

Lilly- Well, Devon and I have been dating for two months now.

Devon Jonson- Yeah, I remember when we met. I was at “Boom Ba Boom” when you bumped into me and said, “Hey, hottie.”

Lilly- Um no, that’s not how it happened. We were at “Boom Ba Boom” when YOU bumped into me saying, “Hey, sweet thang.”

Devon Jonson- Are you sure because I think I'd remember when I met you?

Lilly- Yeah well you can't even remember your middle name. How would you remember a night that happened two months ago?

Devon Jonson- Because I lie to people saying you were the best thing that ever happened to me.

Lilly- Excuse me, you little weasel. I can't believe I wasted two whole months of my life with you.

Devon Jonson- Maybe we should just break up.

Lilly- Maybe we should.

Devon Jonson- GOOD!!!

Lilly- GOOD!!!

Devon Jonson- FINE!!!

Lilly- FINE!!!

(Devon and Lilly storm away in opposite directions.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Anyways, Chloe, do you want to go to “Boom Ba Boom” tonight?

Chloe Jones- Well, isn't that where all of are troubles started?

Mack Dylan Cooper- Yeah, but remember we found out it was all Penelope, Devon and Zach's fault.

Chloe Jones- That's true but-

Mack Dylan Cooper- Oh come on Chloe, I already made the reservations with Larry. Now that Jo's in Italy Larry is actually hiring a new assistant manager.

Chloe Jones- OK, I guess but I-

Stephanie Williams- Wait, did you say Larry was hiring a new assistant manager?

Mack Dylan Cooper- Yeah, so.

Stephanie Williams- So, that means I can apply for the job which means I can get in whenever I want.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Um, Stephanie, why would you think he'd hire you?

Stephanie Williams- I'll turn on the old “Plwease Warry” voice.

Chloe Jones- You actually think he will fall for that anymore?

Mack Dylan Cooper- Every time in gym class you can hear him weep while he's in the bathroom.

Chloe Jones- He's terrified of you.

Stephanie Williams- Then I'll force him to give me the job.

Chloe Jones- Uh, Steph, maybe you shouldn't-

Stephanie Williams- T.T.Y.L.

(Stephanie blows a kiss and walks away.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Will that girl ever listen?

Chloe Jones- Probably not.

(Mack and Chloe walk away and Penelope pulls out her phone and calls Devon.)

Penelope Ann Huff- Devon, meet me at the Bluff in five minutes.

(Penelope starts walking.)

Scene 2- The Bluff

(Penelope is standing waiting for Devon when he walks up.)

Penelope Ann Huff- You're late.

Devon Jonson- Don't blame me for Lilly's obsessive lost of memory.

Penelope Ann Huff- Forget about your idiot girlfriend for a minute.

Devon Jonson- Well, what do you want?

Penelope Ann Huff- It's about Mack and Chlo-

Devon Jonson- Enough with trying to break them up. It won't work.

Penelope Ann Huff- Well this time it will work because no one will be posing as anyone.

Devon Jonson- What do you mean by that?

Penelope Ann Huff- I mean the last time we had Zach pose as Mack. This time Mack will actually kiss me.

Devon Jonson- How will you do that?

Penelope Ann Huff- When Chloe is looking I'll get close to Mack and make him kiss me. Then you will pull Chloe close and make out with her.

Devon Jonson- Um, one problem, I can't kiss Chloe. I'm going out with Lilly.

Penelope Ann Huff- Oh, please she dumped your sorry butt about an hour ago.

Devon Jonson- But I-

Penelope Ann Huff- Zip it, Devon. I've put up with enough of that McChloe. And I'm not gonna let some innocent girlfriend of yours ruin it.

Devon Jonson- But-

Penelope Ann Huff- I will see you tomorrow night at “Boom Ba Boom” eight O'clock sharp.

(Penelope leaves the Bluff.)

Devon Jonson- Oh come on.

Scene 3- Boom Ba Boom: Larry's office

(Larry is at his desk when Stephanie walked in.)

Stephanie Williams- Larry Martinez, I'm about to make you a whole lot richer.

Larry Martinez- Uh, Stephanie, what are you doing here?

Stephanie Williams- I'm here to apply for the job as new assistant manager.

Larry Martinez- Well Stephanie I'm sorry. I'm already considering on giving the job to Bertha.

(Bertha walks in.)

Bertha Scar- That's right, so Stephanie, why don't you leave while you still have your dignity.

Stephanie Williams- Um, excuse me Bertha Scar, he said he was considering on giving you the job.

Larry Martinez- OK, you two since you both want the job how about you compete for it?

Stephanie Williams/Bertha Scar- Compete?

Larry Martinez- Yeah, you two will both start out as waitresses, and the one I think is the best at her job will win.

Bertha Scar- Alright.

Stephanie Williams- You're going down Bertha.

Bertha Scar- That's what you think.

(Bertha and Stephanie glare at each other.)

Scene 4- Hangout

(Lilly was walking to a table with Devon following her.)

Devon Jonson- I'm just saying the guy is always the smarter one.

Lilly- OK, so now you're not just insulting me but also every girl in this world.

Devon Jonson- No, I-

Lilly- Just shut up.

(Lilly storms away.)

Devon Jonson- Lilly, I'm sorry.

(Devon runs after her when Mack and Chloe sit down.)

Chloe Jones- OK, Mack, today’s the big day.

Mack Dylan Cooper- I know, and we're gonna spend the night at “Boom Ba Boom”.

Chloe Jones- Yep, I can't wait.

(Larry comes running over.)

Larry Martinez- Guys, yeah, I'm sorry but “Boom Ba Boom” is closed tonight.

Mack Dylan Cooper- What, why?

Larry Martinez- Well, I had Stephanie and Bertha compete for the job as assistant manager and well they started busting up the place trying to kill each other.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Well, now where are we suppose to spend are on year anniversary as a couple?

Larry Martinez- Why not take her for a walk on the beach? Girls love that boring crappy stuff.

Chloe Jones- Ahem, I'm right here.

Larry Martinez- No offense.

Chloe Jones- Oh sure, none taken.

Larry Martinez- Really.

Chloe Jones- NO!!!

Larry Martinez- Well Chloe-

Mack Dylan Cooper- OK, Larry, we'll go with that idea. Come on Chloe.

Chloe Jones- Hey, I'm not done with him-

Mack Dylan Cooper- Let's go.

Chloe Jones- Wait, wait.

(Mack picks up Chloe over his shoulders while she's throwing punches at Larry. Then when Larry walks away you can see Penelope spying through the bushes. Then she takes out her phone and calls Devon.)

Penelope Ann Huff- Devon meet me at the Bluff in ten minutes.

Scene 5- The Bluff

(Penelope is walking back and forth when Devon finally shows up.)

Devon Jonson- What do you want now?

Penelope Ann Huff- Change of plans. We're not going to “Boom Ba Boom”. Larry told Mack and Chloe that they had to walk on the beach instead.

Devon Jonson- Why?

Penelope Ann Huff- Something about Stephanie and Bertha murdering each other.

Devon Jonson- Oh well as long as it makes sense.

Penelope Ann Huff- OK, so here’s the plan. First, I will take Mack to the beach to meet Chloe while you take Chloe to the beach to meet Mack. Then we'll make sure both are looking when me and you grab Mack and Chloe and make out.

Devon Jonson- I am not kissing Mack.

Penelope Ann Huff- No, you don't kiss Mack. I do. You kiss Chloe but we both make it look like they started it which will lead to a fight and a breakup.

Devon Jonson- Whatever, I'll see you tonight. I'm still trying to get Lilly back.

(Devon leaves the Bluff.)

Penelope Ann Huff- What a loser.

Scene 6- “Boom Ba Boom”

(Larry is sitting in the corner scared to death while Bertha and Stephanie were beating each other with giant wooden boards.)

Stephanie Williams- You're going down old woman.

Bertha Scar- Bring it dumb blonde.

(Bertha and Stephanie start fighting when Larry tries to break it up.)

Larry Martinez- OK, girls, stop it, stop it.

Bertha Scar- Not until she's dead.

Stephanie Williams- Right back attcha.

Larry Martinez- OK, I've had enough. Neither of you get the job.

Stephanie/Bertha- WHAT?

Larry Martinez- Yeah I said it, neither of you. The only managers here can be ones with Martinez blood.

Stephanie Williams- Oh, well then.

Bertha Scar- If it's Martinez blood you want, then it's Martinez blood we'll get.

(Stephanie and Bertha start slowly walking over with the giant wooden boards giving evil smiles.)

Larry Martinez- Um, what are you guys doing?

(They walk closer.)

Larry Martinez- Should I be scared?

Bertha Scar- Get him.

Larry Martinez- MOMMY!!!!

(Bertha and Stephanie start beating the crap out of him with the boards.)

Scene 7- The Beach

(Chloe and Devon are walking in the sand.)

Chloe Jones- OK, Devon, I know you hate me, so why at the last minute would you wanna escort me to my date?

Devon Jonson- Um, no reason.

Chloe Jones- Please tell me you're not just using me to make Lilly jealous.

Devon Jonson- I'm not.

Chloe Jones- OK, Devon you hate me. I hate you, let's just leave it as that.

Devon Jonson- Wait you think, oh no, I can't stand you. I-

(Mack and Penelope walk up.)

Devon Jonson- Oh look, Penelope and Mack are here.

Chloe Jones- What are you doing here?

Penelope Ann Huff- What, I can't meet Devon with his half brother and my mansion-mate.

Chloe Jones- I don't know what you guys are up to and I know it can't be good. But let's get this straight Penelope and Devon-

(Devon pulls Chloe and makes out with her while Penelope pulls Mack and makes out with him.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Chloe, I can't believe you just kissed him.

Chloe Jones- Well, I can't believe you just kissed Penelope.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Wow, I never thought of the Chloe Jones as a two-timer.

Chloe Jones- I never thought of the Mack Dylan Cooper to be a two-timer.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Hey you need to cool the heck down.

Chloe Jones- WHY DON'T YOU!!!

Mack Dylan Cooper- WHY DON'T YOU MAKE ME!!!

Chloe Jones- Maybe I will.

Mack Dylan Cooper- FINE!!!

Chloe Jones- FINE!!!

Mack Dylan Cooper- GOOD!!!

Chloe Jones- GOOD!!!

Mack Dylan Cooper- WE'RE THROUGH!!!

Chloe Jones- WONDERFUL!!!

(Mack and Chloe both storm off in opposite directions.)

Penelope Ann Huff- Wow, that went better than I thought it would.

Devon Jonson- I don't know. It seems like they fight figure it out if they talk it through.

Penelope Ann Huff- Oh please, they seemed so pied off at each other I'd be surprised if they said a word by 2012.

Devon Jonson- Well, I'm gonna try one last time to get Lilly back. If it doesn't work then I'm just gonna move on for good.

(Devon walks off.)

Penelope Ann Huff- Wow, he's still a loser.

Scene 8- Bertha and Lilly's mansion

(Devon knocks on the door when Lilly answers it.)

Lilly- OK, now what do you want?

Devon Jonson- I want you back.

Lilly- Why should I take you back? It's not like you remember a thing to our relationship.

Devon Jonson- You're right.

Lilly- Yeah, so why should I-

Devon Jonson- But it's only because every time I see you you're the only thing I can remember.

Lilly- It's lucky that you're cute. But this time is your final chance.

(Lilly kisses Devon and closes the door.)
