Scene 1- The Springs Entrance

(Mack, Devon and Trevor step out of a limo. When Principal Higginbottom and Vice Principal Bullet walk up.)

Clair Higginbottom- Welcome back students.

Tim Bullet- We all hope you had a great summer.

Trevor Mitchel- Well, I went back to Paris and yelled at a bunch of French chiefs.

Devon Jonson- And back in New York I only got jumped twice.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Well, I was in Antarctica. I can't stand the heat.

(Principal Higginbottom and Vice Principal Bullet walk away.)

Scene 2- Girls Mansion

(Chloe and Stephanie walk into their mansion just to find Penelope unpacking.)

Stephanie Williams- What are you doing here?

Chloe Jones- Yeah, we thought you were in a full body cast plus in a mental institution.

Penelope Ann Huff- I was, I just healed fast and my mother bailed me out.

Chloe Jones- How rich are you.

Penelope Ann Huff- Let's just say if I wanted to I could by Europe in one phone call.

Stephanie Williams- Well, we want nothing to do with you.

(Portland Madison walks in.)

Portland Madison- Hi, I'm Portland, your new mansion-mate. I'm replacing Jo Martinez.

Penelope/Chloe/Stephanie- WHAT!?!?!?

Portland Madison- Uh, yeah.

Chloe Jones- I'm sorry but Principal Higginbottom never said anything about a new mansion-mate.

Portland Madison- Oh, that's because I signed up at the last minute.

Stephanie Williams- Well, just because we live with you doesn't mean we have to like you.

Penelope Ann Huff- Yeah, so why don't you set up and keep away from us.

(Chloe, Stephanie and Penelope leave the mansion.)

Scene 3- Hangout

(Mack, Penelope, Devon, Chloe, Stephanie, Derek, and Trevor are at a table.)

Chloe Jones- This new girl sickens me.

Stephanie Williams- Yeah, she barges into are mansion and automatically think she can replace Jo.

Penelope Ann Huff- Well, she can't.

(Stephanie and Derek are making out.)

Devon Jonson- Uh, Stephanie, why are you making out with Derek?

Stephanie Williams- Well, me and him have officially been a couple for over a month now.

Derek Wang- Yep, exactly one month tomorrow.

Chloe Jones- Um, Stephanie, you don't have to remind me everytime you kiss that I don't have a boyfriend.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Well, you might have still had one if you weren't a two-timer.

Chloe Jones- Well, you were also a two-timer, you two-timer.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Yeah, well, you made out with my brother. I never made out with your sister.

Chloe Jones- That would be impossible because I'm an only child.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Well, at least there aren't more of you.

Chloe Jones- And if there were?

Mack Dylan Cooper- I would explode.

Chloe Jones- I would so love that.

(Portland walks up.)

Portland Madison- I know I'm still new here but I'm guessing you two are ex-boyfriend and girlfriend.

Mack Dylan Cooper- That is correct.

Portland Madison- I'm Portland.

Mack Dylan Cooper- I'm Mack. Hey, do you wanna go out tonight?

Portland Madison- Sure.

(Mack and Portland walk off.)

Chloe Jones- ERRR!!!

Penelope Ann Huff- Oh, look at this everyone. Chloe Jones is jealous of Mack Dylan Cooper and Portland Madison.

Chloe Jones- I am not jealous.

(Chloe storms off.)

Penelope Ann Huff- She's so jealous.

Scene 4- “Boom Ba Boom”

(Stephanie and Derek are sitting at a table eating dinner.)

Derek Wang- OK, Stephanie. We've been dating for a month now and-

Stephanie Williams- Its been going really well, I know.

Derek Wang- Yes but we have nothing in common.

Stephanie Williams- Yeah, so. All that matters is that we like each other right.

Derek Wang- Right, but, you like me, I don't care for you too much anymore. I just don't think we connect.

Stephanie Williams- If there's something you're trying to say then just say it.

Derek Wang- I'm breaking up with you.

Stephanie Williams- WHAT!?!?!?

Derek Wang- I said I'm-

Stephanie Williams- Don't you dare finish that sentence. Plus you can pay the check. And by the way I ordered three well done steaks and five lobsters.

(Stephanie pours her drink on him and leaves with her mascara running.)

Scene 5- Hangout

(Stephanie was sitting at a table at night with her mascara running when Devon walks over.)

Devon Jonson- Wow, you look awful.

Stephanie Williams- Leave me alone Devon.

Devon Jonson- Come on, tell uncle Devon all your problems and pray he won't laugh.

Stephanie Williams- Derek Wang just dumped me.

Devon Jonson- Well, he's an idiot.

Stephanie Williams- Devon, I think we all get that you don't like him.

Devon Jonson- No, he's not an idiot because I don't like him. He's an idiot for dumping you.

(Stephanie's mascara stops running and Stephanie and Devon look at each other and slowly start kissing. They then realize what they are doing and they quickly stop.)

Devon Jonson- Uh.

Stephanie Williams- That was weird.

Devon Jonson- How about we don't tell anyone.

Stephanie Williams- Deal.

(Devon and Stephanie walk away with awkward looks on their faces.)

Scene 6- A Hiking Trail

(Chloe and Penelope were hiking up a hill.)

Chloe Jones- Come on Penelope you're horrible at this.

Penelope Ann Huff- What I don't get is why I am doing this. I hate you now and I always have. Plus you told me there was a mall up here.

Chloe Jones- Yeah, and I also told you your hair looks better as a brunette then a red, I lie.

(Chloe and Penelope keep walking when a guy bumps into them and knocks Penelope down the hill.)

Lucas (screaming)- Sorry.

Penelope Ann Huff- I picked the wrong day to where heels.

Chloe Jones- Hi, I'm Chloe.

Lucas- I'm Lucas.

Chloe Jones- You're cute.

Lucas- You're not too bad yourself.

Chloe Jones- That's a nice way of saying I'm really sweaty and hot.

Lucas- The second part is correct.

Chloe Jones- Thanks.

Lucas- Um, do you maybe wanna go out tonight? Maybe at “Ba Boom Ba”.

Chloe Jones- Sure. I'll see you tonight at 8.

(Lucas keeps jogging when Penelope finally reaches the top of the hill again.)

Penelope Ann Huff (Out of Breath)- I am never going hiking again.

(Chloe pokes her forehead and Penelope falls over.)

Penelope Ann Huff- I so hate you.

Scene 7- Ba Boom Ba

(Mack and Portland walk to the hostess.)

Larry Martinez- Hi Mack, who's your new girlfriend?

Mack Dylan Cooper- This is Portland Madison. She is also Penelope, Stephanie and Chloe's new mansion-mate since Jo is in Italy.

Larry Martinez- That's great. Oh, do you like my new restaurant? Now not only do I have “Boom Ba Boom” but I also have “Ba Boom Ba”.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Uh.

Portland Madison- Cool.

(Mack and Portland go and sit down when they see Chloe and Lucas in the table next to them.)

Chloe Jones- What are you two doing here?

Mack Dylan Cooper- What are you doing here?

Lucas- Uh, Chloe do you know these people?

Chloe Jones- Yeah, he's my ex-boyfriend and she's my new mansion-mate.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Chloe, you just came here to make me jealous didn't you?

Chloe Jones- No, I think it's the other way around isn't it.

Lucas- You know what? I think you two are made for each other. I'm out of here.

Portland Madison- So am I. You two can split the bill.

(Lucas and Portland storm off.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Wow, thanks a lot Chloe.

Chloe Jones- You're blaming me. I made reservations four hours ago.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Yeah well you know I was going out with Portland tonight.

Chloe Jones- Yeah, well now they both hate us. Does that make you happy?

Mack Dylan Cooper- No, now, you can handle that bill.

(Mack walks away leaving Chloe with the bill.)

Scene 8- Hangout

(Portland was at a table when Mack walks over.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Hey Portland I-

Portland Madison- No, let me talk first. Look, I'm sorry for getting all upset when it was clearly Chloe's fault.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Yeah, I know what you mean. I dated her for exactly one year.

Portland Madison- Maybe me and you aren't the perfect couple.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Well, I don't know if I'm ready for another girlfriend.

Portland Madison- Friends.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Friends.

(Mack and Portland walk away when Lucas bumps into Chloe.)

Chloe Jones- Look, I'm sorry for-

Lucas- Chloe, it's OK, we can still be boyfriend and girlfriend.

Chloe Jones- Oh, Lord, thank you.

(Chloe and Lucas walk away When Devon and Stephanie meet each other.)

Devon Jonson- Look, Stephanie I've been thinking about this kiss and, well, I think me and you could make a great couple.

Stephanie Williams- Well, I... Oh what the heck, sure.

Devon Jonson- One thing though. We have to keep this a secret for now. We should wait for the right time to tell everyone.

Stephanie Williams- I guess that could work.

Devon Jonson- Good.

(Devon and Stephanie kiss and then walk off.)

Scene 9- Outside of “Boys Mansion”

(Mack, Penelope, Devon, Chloe and Stephanie were all outside tanning.)

Devon Jonson- So you worked things out with Portland.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Yep. Me and her agreed to be just friends and we left it as that.

(Portland walks by holding hands with Trevor.)

Trevor Mitchel- Guys, meet my new girlfriend, Portland Madison.

(Trevor walks off and Mack gives Portland a weird look.)

Portland Madison- What can I say. He likes me I like him. Let's leave it as that.
