(This is the Springs. It is an island with a private boarding school for the rich. Right now it is time for summer break. In the mansion of Mack, Devon, and Trevor they were packing for the summer getaways.)

Scene 1- Boys Mansion

Mack Dylan Cooper- OK, this will be a great summer. Me and Angie are going on a Caribbean cruise.

Devon Jonson- Wow, since Stephanie's gone, I have no one to sneak away on vacation with.

Trevor Mitchel- You're not the only one down. I was planning on going to Paris with Portland but Penelope got her killed by a ballooning ride.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Devon, Trevor, you can go to Paris together.

Devon/Trevor- Uhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Their might be French girls.

Devon/Trevor- OK.

(Chloe knocks on the door and Devon answers it. Chloe barges in.)

Chloe Jones- Move, Devon.

Devon Jonson- Well, hello to you, too.

Chloe Jones- Don't get smart with me.

Mack Dylan Cooper- What are you doing here, Chloe?

Chloe Jones- Your girlfriend is in the car. She payed me a hundred dollars to take you guys to the airport. Now hurry up.

Mack Dylan Cooper- I'm coming, I'm coming.

(Mack grabs his suitcase and he and Chloe leave the mansion.)

Scene 2- In the car

(Chloe was driving while Mack and Angie were in the back.)

Angie Page- OK, I planned out our whole vacation. First we will hit some of the Caribbean beaches. Then maybe we can check out the hiking trails.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Oh cool. Oh, I've checked out the flights with my iPhone 4S and we are all set. We have been cleared on the flight to Aruba.

Chloe Jones- Keep it down back there. I'm trying to drive here.

Mack Dylan Cooper- You know that Angie doesn't have to pay you, right?

(Chloe slams her foot on the breaks.)

Angie Page- What are you doing?

Chloe Jones- Well, if I'm not getting payed then I'm taking the key and walking back.

Angie Page- You're gonna get paid; just get back in the car.

Chloe Jones- Fine, but as soon as we pull up to the airport then you better pay me.

Mack Dylan Cooper- OK, she will.

(Chloe starts driving again.)

Scene 3- Inside the Airport

(Mack and Angie walk in with Chloe behind them holding all their luggage.)

Chloe Jones- Tell me again why I had to come in with you?

Mack Dylan Cooper- Because airports don't have bell hops.

Angie Page- I don't carry my own luggage.

(Mack looks around and see's Penelope and Lilly talking to a guy in a suit with a briefcase.)

Lilly- How was your flight, Jet?

Jet Rufus- It was bumpy.

Penelope Ann Huff- Let's just cut to the chase, do you have the blue prints?

Jet Rufus- Yep, in this briefcase.

Penelope Ann Huff- OK, cough it up, cough it up.

(Jet was about to hand Penelope the briefcase but he yanked it back.)

Lilly- If you wanna get paid then cough up the briefcase.

Jet Rufus- If you want the blue prints then I want in on your plan.

Penelope Ann Huff- If you wanna know what were doing then come with us.

(Penelope, Lilly, and Jet walk away but Mack heard everything.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Guys, Penelope's up to something.

Chloe Jones- Wow, big shocker. When is she not up to something?

Angie Page- Come on Mack. It's our vacation.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Angie, it's Penelope. She could cause the world to end if she really wanted to.

Angie Page- Or plain old Dominican Republic. Let's just not bother with anything. This is our first summer together. I wanna make it great.

Chloe Jones- I don't know about you, but I'm going home.

(Chloe starts to walk away but Mack stops her.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- If you stay with us then I'll pay you five hundred dollars.

Chloe Jones- Fine.

Mack Dylan Cooper- OK guys, let's follow them.

Angie Page- Wait what? Mack, our plane starts boarding in an hour.

Mack Dylan Cooper- It'll be fine. We'll just follow them until 20 till.

Angie Page- Alright, alright, fine.

(Mack walks away with Angie and Chloe behind him.)

Scene 4- An Airport in Paris France

(Devon and Trevor get off a plane and sit down at the gate.)

Devon Jonson- Man it feels good to get off that plane.

Trevor Mitchel- There was a toddler kicking my seat the whole flight.

(The toddler and his mother walk up.)

Toddler- Mommy, that man was mean to me.

(The toddler's mom smacks Trevor in the face.)

Toddler's Mother- Don't you be mean to my son like that.

Devon Jonson- Ha, you just got smacked by a woman.

(The toddler's mom smashes Devon's foot with her high-heel.)

Devon Jonson- Ow.

(The mom snaps her fingers and walks away with her son.)

Devon Jonson- I hate French people.

(Trevor glares at Devon.)

Devon Jonson- Oh, no offense.

Trevor Mitchel- Just keep walking.

(Devon and Trevor keep walking until a reporter walks up to them.)

Reporter- Excuse me Mr's but have you seen this man around town?

(The reporter shows a picture of Jet Rufus.)

Devon Jonson- Uh, no.

Trevor Mitchel- We just came from America.

Reporter- North or south.

Trevor Mitchel- North.

Reporter- Well enjoy your visit to France.

(The Reporter walks away.)

Devon Jonson- That guy is weird. Do you know of some Jet Rufus?

Trevor Mitchel- Actually yes. He's a wanted criminal in twelve countries. He is the biggest target of France. I would know. I lived here for fourteen years and now I only live here in the summer.

Devon Jonson- He's wanted in twelve countries. He sounds like he could be Penelope's soul mate.

Trevor Mitchel- God I hate that girl. My parents will pick us up out front. Let's go.

(Devon and Trevor leave the airport.)

Scene 5- Gate A17

(Penelope, Lilly, and Jet sit down.)

Penelope Ann Huff- OK, here's the plan. We go to Dominican Republic and we set up our “car”.

Lilly- Then we “drive” all around the country.

Penelope Ann Huff- An when the “car” is in place.

Lilly- We have a private jet come and get us out of that country.

Jet Rufus- What are you talking about when you say “car” and “drive”.

Penelope Ann Huff- You'll know when the time is right. It will all come in place.

Lilly- Plus, with everyone on summer vacation. No one will know to stop us.

Jet Rufus- Look, girls, I'm a 23 year old man and I've been a criminal since I was fourteen. I can back stab you right now if I wanted.

Penelope Ann Huff- Oh, there will be some back stabbing but I can ensure you. It won't be coming from you.

Lilly- And if it does. Well, we have our way with people.

(Over about three rows back Mack, Angie, and Chloe are looking over at Penelope, Lilly, and Jet.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- OK, they're totally up to something.

Chloe Jones- Wow, you just realized that. Can I go now? Plus, when do I get paid?

Mack Dylan Cooper- In a little while.

Angie Page- Come on Mack. Our plane has already started boarding.

(A Ticket Agent announces the plane to Dominican Republic has started boarding.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Yeah, well Penelope has already started boarding this plane.

Angie Page- You know what? That is it. I'm going to get on that plane and I am flying to Aruba to get on that cruise ship right now. Feel free to join me.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Angie, I need to follow them.

Angie Page- Fine. Come on Chloe, I'll take you on the cruise.

Chloe Jones- Oh good. That will make up for the six hundred bucks you owe me.

(Angie and Chloe walk away.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Fine, who needs you.

(Penelope, Lilly, and Jet board the flight when Mack walks up to the ticket agent.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Excuse me but can I have the last remaining seat for this flight?

Ticket Agent- Of course, just let me pull up your name.

(The ticket agent pulls up his name on her computer.)

Ticket Agent- You're good to go. Enjoy your flight.

(Mack boards the plane.)

Scene 6- Outside the Airport in Paris France

(Devon and Trevor were waiting outside with their suitcases.)

Devon Jonson- So when will your parents be here?

Trevor Mitchel- Oh, my parents aren’t picking us up. My sister is.

Devon Jonson- How old is she?

Trevor Mitchel- Eighteen.

Devon Jonson- Is she hot?

Trevor Mitchel- Dude, you are not making a move with my sister. For one thing, she has a boyfriend named Jean Luc. Then the other thing, she's a complete snob.

(Michelle and Jean Luc pull up in a red convertible.)

Michelle Mitchel- Get in boobs. You got twenty seconds before I drive off.

Jean Luc- Don't anger the lady. This is her good side. It only comes out on rare occasions.

Trevor Mitchel- Devon, I want you to meet my sister Michelle and her boyfriend Jean Luc.

Devon Jonson- Wow she's hot.

Michelle Mitchel- Who's he? I thought you were bringing your girlfriend.

Trevor Mitchel- Look, she was struck by lightning and is now dead. End of story.

Michelle Mitchel- She is totally made up.

Devon Jonson- You're hot, Michelle.

Michelle Mitchel- Um, ew. I'm 18 and you're what, 16. I would never go out with you. Now, for the last time, get in THE CAR!!!

(Trevor puts the suitcases in the trunk and Devon and Trevor get in the car.)

Scene 7- In Michelle's car

(Michelle, Jean Luc, Devon, and Trevor were just driving down the road.)

Trevor Mitchel- Um, Michelle, do you know about anything that Jet Rufus is up to?

Michelle Mitchel- You mean my boyfriend's brother.

Trevor Mitchel- What?

Jean Luc- Jet Rufus is my brother.

Devon Jonson- Well, do you know what he stole?

Jean Luc- Of course. He stole some blue prints for this weapon. He got it for this Dominican Republic chick who tried dropping a bomb on the country.

(Devon and Trevor look at each other with a shocked face.)

Trevor Mitchel- Yeah, we know that girl.

Devon Jonson- That's Penelope Ann Huff. She means business.

Trevor Mitchel- She goes to the Springs. She could destroy the world if she really wanted to.

Michelle Mitchel- Well then. Dominican Republic is in a little bit of trouble if Jet is involved.

(Devon and Trevor look at each other.)

Scene 8- On a Cruise Ship

(Angie was getting a tan on the sky deck while Chloe was in the hot tub.)

Chloe Jones- OK, I can't believe Mack turned down this cruise just to follow Penelope and Lilly and that other guy.

Angie Page- Look, Chloe, if you mention Mack one last time. I will throw you overboard faster then a fat guy eating twenty hot dogs in ten seconds.

Chloe Jones- OK, OK, I won't bring up “you know who”.

(Angie's phone rings and Chloe grabs it. The caller ID says Trevor Mitchel. Chloe answers it and puts it on speaker.)

Chloe/Angie- Hello.

Trevor Mitchel (on the phone)- Guys, Penelope is working with a French criminal named Jet Rufus. Dominican Republic could be heading for its doom.

Angie Page- I'm on a cruise with Chloe right now. Mack followed Penelope onto a plane.

Trevor Mitchel (on the plane)- Well, he could be in danger.

Angie Page- Wow, this is what I get for letting my boyfriend get on a whole different plane which also has Penelope on it. Thanks, Trevor, I owe you one.

Chloe Jones- Trevor, it's Chloe. Is there anyway we could meet you in Dominican Republic?

Trevor Mitchel (on the phone)- Possibly. It all depends. The only thing I know is that you guys need to get down there before anything bad happens.

Angie Page- Thanks, Trevor, bye.

(Angie hangs up.)

Chloe Jones- So.

Angie Page- We need to get off this boat right now.

(Angie and Chloe walk away.)

Scene 9- On a plane to Dominican Republic

(Penelope, Lilly, and Jet were sitting together.)

Penelope Ann Huff- OK, the plane lands in about ten minutes.

Lilly- Which means about sixty minutes until Dominican Republic says bye bye.

Jet Rufus- This will be perfect. In a little while I will be the top man of that country.

Penelope Ann Huff- Yeah, um, don't get your hopes up.

Lilly- We could eliminate you any minute now.

(The plane lands and the flight attendant starts talking.)

Flight Attendant #1- We hope you've all had a pleasant flight.

Flight Attendant #2- We will be getting off momentarily.

Flight Attendant #3- Please place all tray tables in their upright and locked position,

Flight Attendant #4- And turn off all electrical devices.

(Back over to Penelope, Lilly, and Jet.)

Penelope Ann Huff- Man I just wanna run over those perky flight attendants.

Scene 10- On the Cruise Ship: In the Captain's steering area.

(Angie and Chloe run in to the Captain.)

Captain Smith- Hello girls, I'm Captain Smith. Are you lost?

Chloe Jones- No.

Angie Page- You see, the thing is. We need to take this boat to Dominican Republic.

Captain Smith- Dominican Republic. You'd be lucky to get there by Christmas 2020.

Chloe Jones- I think we can do better.

Captain Smith- Girls, I'm sorry but I can't take this thing to Dominican Republic.

Angie Page- You can either do it the easy way or my way.

Captain Smith- Oh yeah, whats your way?

(Chloe and Angie look at each other.)

Angie Page- Captain Smith, do you by any chance have any duct tape and ropes?

Captain Smith- Oh sure, I keep some in that safe.

(The next thing you know, Captain Smith is tied up with duct tape on his mouth and is locked in the safe.)

Angie Page- I gave him a chance between the easy way or my way. And then he picked my way. Life is funny that way.

(Chloe walks up to a microphone.)

Chloe Jones- Ladies and gentlemen, we'll be taking a detour to a last minute destination. Who's up for some Dominican Republic?

(Chloe puts down the microphone. Angie quickly turns the wheel and the boat starts moving at one nautical hundred miles an hour.)

Scene 11- Outside of an Abandon Warehouse

(Penelope, Lilly, and Jet walk up with the blue prints.)

Penelope Ann Huff- OK guys, this is our hideout.

Lilly- No one can know about this.

Jet Rufus- Let's just start building the “car”.

(Mack walks up from the shadows.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- No one knows, except for one.

Penelope Ann Huff- Mack?

Lilly- What are you doing here?

Mack Dylan Cooper- I know all your plans. I'm just here to stop you.

Penelope Ann Huff- Well, where's your girlfriend?

Mack Dylan Cooper- She's not here.

Jet Rufus- Excuse me but who are you?

Mack Dylan Cooper- I'm Mack. Penelope's former crush. She has a new boyfriend now.

Penelope Ann Huff- Correction. Me and Derek broke up. We had nothing in common.

Jet Rufus- Well Mack, I'm afraid I'm gonna have to capture you.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Try me.

(Mack punches him in the face.)

Jet Rufus- Oh, it's on.

(Instead of fighting back, Jet presses a button which makes an electric fence around Mack.)

Lilly- Well, consider your self fought back.

Scene 12- Trevor's House

(Devon was on the couch when Michelle came in annoyed with Trevor behind her.)

Trevor Mitchel- Please Michelle, fly to Dominican Republic with me and Devon.

Michelle Mitchel- For the thousandth time, NO!!!

Devon Jonson- What's going on?

Trevor Mitchel- Michelle refuses to come to Dominican Republic to save my best friend.

Michelle Mitchel- Do you wanna know why I won't fly back with you guys?

Trevor Mitchel- Yes.

Michelle Mitchel- Because I have a private jet to take us. You really think I'd fly in one of those dirty public airplanes.

Trevor Mitchel- You really do care about me.

(Trevor hugs her.)

Michelle Mitchel- If you tell anyone, I will punch you so hard. Also, let go of me or I will-

Devon Jonson- Punch him so hard.

Michelle Mitchel- Don't you ever cut me off when I'm in the middle of a sentence.

(The plane lands in the front yard.)

Trevor Mitchel- Well, the plane's here.

(Devon, Trevor, and Michelle leave the house and get in the plane.)

Scene 13- A Boat Dock in Dominican Republic

(Angie and Chloe run off the boat.)

Angie Page- OK, where do you think Mack is?

Chloe Jones- I don't know. Maybe some old abandon warehouse.

Angie Page- Why would you guess something like that?

Chloe Jones- Because when me and Mack use to date. We installed a phone tracker to where he can track me down anywhere and I can track him down anywhere. It's worldwide.

Angie Page- I would be mad at you for keeping that but right now it actually comes in handy.

(A taxi pulls up. Chloe and Angie run to it.)

Chloe Jones- Take us to the old abandon warehouse downtown and step on it.

Taxi Driver- Get in girls.

Angie Page- Thank you.

(When the girls get in the cab it drives off.)

Scene 14- Inside the Abandon Warehouse

(Mack is chained to the wall while Penelope, Lilly, and Jet are putting together a giant contraption.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- You guys will never get away with this.

Penelope Ann Huff- As long as you're the only one who knows our little secret then I think we will get away with this.

Lilly- Penelope, everything is all set.

Jet Rufus- It will go off in sixty seconds.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Let me guess, it's another bomb.

Penelope Ann Huff- No, this time we've created a machine that will send a powerful vibration into the ground which will make Dominican Republic crack into zillions of little pieces.

Mack Dylan Cooper- I hope you realize that you'll be destroyed with it, right.

Penelope Ann Huff- Actually, when the vibration goes off, we have a jet that will evacuate us safely off this death trap of an island.

Lilly- Ten more seconds.

Scene 15- Outside the Abandon Warehouse

(Angie and Chloe walk up to the door where they also find Devon, Trevor, and Michelle. All of a sudden the ground starts to crack.)

Angie Page- Whats happening?

Michelle Mitchel- I think it's an earthquake.

Chloe Jones- This is just great.

(Chloe, Angie, Devon, Trevor, and Michelle run inside the warehouse.)

Scene 16- In the Abandon Warehouse

(Chloe, Angie, Devon, Trevor, and Michelle run up to Penelope.)

Penelope Ann Huff- What are you guys doing here?

Devon Jonson- We're here to stop you from destroying an innocent country.

Lilly- Well it's too late for that.

Jet Rufus- Victory has come upon us.

Trevor Mitchel- Not for long.

(Trevor knocks out Jet.)

Trevor Mitchel- Who's next.

(Penelope and Lilly try to run to a private jet but Angie and Chloe stop them.)

Chloe Jones- Not so fast Penelope.

(Chloe punches her in the face.)

Angie Page- Ditto.

(Angie smashes Lilly's foot. Devon runs and unchains Mack.)

Devon Jonson- Let's do this thing.

(Mack and Devon run to shut off the bomb but Jet grabs Mack's foot.)

Jet Rufus- Not so fast pretty boy.

(Chloe runs up to Jet.)

Chloe Jones- If anyone is gonna attack Mack, it's gonna be me.

(Chloe body slams Jet. Back over to Penelope and Lilly against Angie.)

Penelope Ann Huff- Say bye bye blonde.

Angie Page- I wouldn't be to sure about that.

(Angie knocks out Lilly and jumps on Penelope's back. Mack runs and shuts off the vibrator.)

Penelope Ann Huff- NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

(Michelle walks up and kicks Penelope in the head.)

Scene 17- Outside the Warehouse

(Mack was talking to a cop.)

Cop- Tell me Sir, what happened?

Mack Dylan Cooper- Long story short. Penelope tried to destroy your country again.

Cop- Same old Penelope. She can say hello to the slammer.

(Penelope, Lilly, and Jet are put in a cop car.)

Penelope Ann Huff- This isn't the end of Penelope Ann Huff.

Lilly- You know what Penelope, I give up. I'm just gonna except the time I owe in prison.

Jet Rufus- I never should've partnered up with you Penelope. NEVER!!!

(The cop closes the car door and drives away.)

Mack Dylan Cooper- Well Angie. This wasn't a the summer you wanted.

Angie Page- No it wasn't. This summer was better. This was a summer like no other.

Mack Dylan Cooper- Ditto to that.

(Mack and Angie make out. Over by Devon and Michelle.)

Michelle Mitchel- Devon, close your eyes. I have a little surprise.

(Michelle kisses Devon on the cheek.)

Devon Jonson- WOW!!! Definitely a summer like no other.
