Penelope Ann Huff is a mean, cold hearted, self centered diva, and the main antagonist of the series. She is known to have a major crush on Mack and a great dislike towards Chloe. She is truly evil and a skilled fighter as seen during several occasions. In season 1, her sidekick was Devon. In season 2, her sidekick was Lilly.

In season #1, Penelope's main goal was to make Mack fall for her which meant ruining his relationship with Penelope's mansion-mate Chloe Jones. During this season, her hair is red which is the only season she has her natural hair color. She does everything she can to get Mack to notice her. Sometimes, instead she'll make Chloe miserable. She hates when someone else makes Chloe miserable such as when Mack was dating Sienna. Everyone was shocked to see that Penelope didn't like how Sienna treated Chloe. Penelope was mean and cruel to Devon. She made him do everything for her. She broke up Mack and Chloe several times but she did not fully succeed until episode “The End of McChloe”. She made out with Mack right in front of Chloe but made it look like Mack made out with her. Devon did the same to Chloe. In the season finale “Penelope Springs”, Penelope took over the Springs and captured Trevor, Stephanie, Lilly, Bertha, and Mack's parents.

In season #2, it starts with Penelope ruling the Springs. She has Mack arrested when he returns to the Springs. Devon turns to the good side and they take down Penelope. She is knocked out of of a fifty foot building and she falls on a gulf cart. She spends her summer vacation in a hospital and then mental institution. In the next episode, it's the start of sophomore year and Penelope has a new hairstyle. Instead of being a red head. She has dark black hair with blue highlights. Penelope seems to have a more evil role this season. She befriends Devon's ex-girlfriend Lilly as they plot to destroy Dominican Republic. They get Devon to come back and join them. Their plans get foiled when they were planing to drop a bomb on the country. Mack and the others stopped them and Devon went back to the good side. Penelope has her first real date with Mack as they go to homecoming together because Mack and Chloe broke up and he had no girlfriend. He decided that it was better to stay friends with Penelope which made her shocked because she made everything perfect for them and all he hard work was ruined. Towards the end of the season, Penelope finally gets a boyfriend named Derek Wang. He use to go out with Stephanie before Stephanie went out with Devon. Penelope and Derek spent a lot of time kissing instead of socializing. During the time Penelope was with Derek, she did not encounter Mack at all which meant she most likely didn't want to complicate things with Derek because she has had a major crush on Mack since she the day she laid eyes on him. Penelope uses Stephanie and Portland a lot this season as her little sidekicks as they always seem to be around her. She is also best friends with Lilly this season. She did not seem to really pay attention to Lilly back in season 1. Penelope's hate for Chloe has grown a lot this season even though Mack and Chloe broke up. Penelope did everything she could to make Chloe miss the “Wizard of Oz” play even though she failed. In the season finale, Penelope takes Portland and Trevor on a ballooning ride over the island. A storm starts which ruins their time. Penelope jumps out of the balloon. Portland and Trevor were gonna jump out at the same time but only Trevor made it out. Portland went down with the balloon when it was electrocuted. After that, Portland was never seen again. Everyone suspects that she is dead.

In “Mack Springs: A Summer Like No Other”, Penelope and Lilly served as the main antagonists. They teamed up with a french criminal named Jet Rufus and they plotted to destroy Dominican Republic again. Penelope and Lilly were so close to victory until Mack stopped them. Chloe took down Penelope saying that if anyone was gonna attack Mack that it was gonna be her. After that special Mack Springs, Lilly was never seen again but Penelope came back for season 3. It is mentioned by Penelope that she broke up with her boyfriend Derek Wang.

Devon Jonson is the cruel, weak, former sidekick to Penelope and the secondary antagonist for the first season. Devon is the half brother of Mack and Zach Dylan Cooper. He is the son Mackenzie Dylan Cooper Sr. He is the stepson of Alana Rivera-Cooper. His birth mother is Brooke Jonson and his dads first wife.

In season #1, Devon is introduced as Mack's half brother who has less power and gets less things from his family than Mack does. Devon is shown to be quite jealous of Mack because nothing bad happens to him and Mack gets everything. An example of this is shown in “Blood and Water”. When Mack and Devon's great grandfather dies, Mack got everything in his will and Devon only got the horse. Devon is shown to be a bit evil in the fist season. He is Penelope's sidekick. He has even showed to have a tiny crush on her. Penelope and no one else ever realizes it. Devon has helped Penelope out numerous times this season to either dominate the Springs or make some miserable. They fail every time. Towards the end of the season, Devon starts dating Bertha's mansion-mate Lilly. In every episode Lilly was in that season, she and Devon has had some kind of fight. They end forgiving at the end of each episode. In the season finale “Penelope Springs”, Lilly breaks up with Devon permanently after Devon is to stupid to realize that Penelope is only using him. In an earlier episode called “The Mis-Match Survey”, Devon and Stephanie are paired up to go to the winter dance together. Then in “Vain at the Springs”, Devon has a major crush for Stephanie's sister Vain but it ends up wearing off.

In season #2, Devon decides to go to the good side and ruins Penelope's plans. Devon has now left Penelope's dark side. Devon builds up a liking for Stephanie Williams after her summer boyfriend Derek Wang dumps her. They start going out. They don't tell anyone as they plan to have a secret relationship since they're worried about what people will think about them. Devon's ex-girlfriend Lilly gets suspicious about them. She does not find out anything. Lilly later comes back to Devon begging to get back together. Devon declines her at first but after Devon and Stephanie get into a fight, Devon gets back together with Lilly. Devon also rejoins with Penelope as Lilly was working with her now. They plot to ruin Dominican Republic. At first Devon goes through with it. Later on though, Devon finds out Penelope plans on dropping a bomb on the country. He decides to leave her and warn everyone. Penelope and Lilly stop him. They put a mind control collar on him. During the fight in Dominican Republic, Trevor breaks the collar off of him. Devon foils Penelope and Lilly's scheme. Penelope and Lilly are arrested but Devon is off the hook. Devon breaks up with Lilly and reconciles with Stephanie. Over the course of the season, Lilly, Derek, Mack, and Angie all find out about Devon and Stephanie being together. Lilly found out by listening to them secretly. Derek found out because Lilly told them. Devon and Stephanie told Mack so he could help them out if they got into fights. Angie found out by listening to their conversations behind their backs. In episode “Secrets are Revealed”, Devon and Stephanie plan on revealing the secret to everyone. When they do, Devon says that it was embarrassing dating her. Stephanie is heartbroken and she dumps him. She plans on moving back to Texas. In the season finale “The End of Two Friends”, Devon tries numerous times to get Stephanie to forgive him but she won't. In the end, Stephanie boards her flight and moves back to Texas. Mack and Angie tell Devon that he should move on and that there will be other woman.

In “Mack Springs: A Summer Like No Other”, after Devon and Stephanie broke up, Devon has no plans for summer vacation. After Trevor lost Portland in the ballooning accident, Trevor has an extra ticket to go to him home town Paris, France. Trevor reluctantly takes Devon after Mack convinces them. They stay with Trevor's sister Michelle and her boyfriend Jean Luc. After they find out that Jean Luc's brother is a con artist named Jet Rufus, they must warn Mack because Jet Rufus is plotting with Penelope and Lilly.

Chloe Jones is the sweat down-to-earth main love interest of Mack. She is rivals with Penelope to win Mack's affections. Mack does end of dating Chloe for the whole first season until they break up in “The End of McChloe”. They however get back together in season #3 episode “Let's Party, Let's Forgive”. They decide to end their relationship in the next episode “No Luck in Paris Part 1” after Mack goes back to Angie. Trevor Mitchel had a crush on Chloe as revealed in “The Mis-Match Survey”. It supposedly wore off after that episode.

In season #1, Chloe was introduced in the second episode unlike all the other main characters for that season. Chloe was introduced when Mack bumped into her knocking all her books out of her hands. Mack later asks her out which she agrees to. This makes Penelope furious. Penelope thinks of Chloe as a threat to her ending up with Mack. Chloe becomes mansion-mates with Stephanie and Jo who in which are okay with but Penelope who can't stand it. Mack and Chloe have an off and on relationship throughout the season. It is revealed in “The Mis-Match Survey” that Trevor had a crush on Chloe which Chloe could not stand. Chloe is good friends with Mack, Stephanie, Jo, and Trevor. She has her fights with Penelope and Devon. Mack and Chloe's relationship comes to a tragic end in “The End of McChloe”. Mack and Chloe break up and don't get back together again in the season. In the next episode “Penelope Springs”, it is revealed that she moved back to Canada and Mack goes after her but does not succeed.

In season #2, Chloe is still counted as a main character but her appearances are very minimum. She first appears in “Shut Down Penelope Springs” when she returns to the Springs after she can't stand being at home and not there. She helps everyone take down Penelope once and for all. Mack and Chloe still don't get back together but are now sworn enemies. She next appears in “Back To School”, she comes back for sophomore year along with Mack, Penelope, Devon, Stephanie, and Trevor. Jo is no longer with them since she is now on that Italian exchange program. She later meets a boy named Lucas whom she begins a relationship with. Chloe, along with Penelope and Stephanie now become mansion-mates with a new girl named Portland Madison who is now Trevor Mitchel. In “Love Problems”, it is revealed that Chloe is spending a semester in Antarctica. In “The Raven Reveal”, Chloe returns from Antarctica and Mack and Chloe save each other from Raven and falling off a cliff. Later in the season, Angie and Lucas get Mack and Angie and Chloe and Lucas to double date. Mack and Chloe later make out which leads to Lucas dumping Chloe. They end up getting back together in “A Mack Springs Christmas”. Chloe plays Dorthy Gale in the “Wizard of Oz” special. Chloe meets Lucas's parents in “Meet the Parents”, She Lucas break up in “Secrets Are Revealed” after Lucas moves to Japan.

In “Mack Springs: A Summer Like No Other”, Chloe drives Mack and Angie to the airport but Mack ends up dragging her along with Angie to follow Penelope. After Angie decides to go on the cruise without Mack, Angie brings Chloe instead. They later tie up the captain and drive the boat to Dominican Republic. Chloe stops Jet Rufus from attacking Mack saying if anyone is gonna hurt or attack him then it's gonna be her.

Stephanie Williams is three years older than the other main characters in the series. Stephanie is cruel and cold hearted. She is good friends with Penelope, Chloe, Jo, Portland, and Angie. She leaves in the season two finale and does not appear in the special Mack Springs episode.

In season #1, Stephanie was introduced as a mean girl who has failed a few grades. She doesn't have a major role this season. She appears more as a background character. Her most major roles in episodes were in “The Opening”, “Vain at the Springs”, and “Penelope Ruins McChloe Part 1”. In “The Opening” Stephanie helped Mack and the others get Josh Finklestein expelled by having a fake nervous breakdown. In her next major appearance “Vain at the Springs”, Stephanie's famous sister Vain Ecoasta comes to visit. Stephanie gets Mack to pretend to be her boyfriend to show her sister that she isn't completely ruined. Her final major role was in “Penelope Ruins McChloe Part 1”. She kept on trying to get into the new club “Boom Ba Boom”. Jo and Larry wouldn't let her though. Stephanie was one of the people locked up when Penelope took over the Springs, along with Trevor, Lilly, Bertha, Alana, and Mackenzie.

In season #2, Stephanie has bigger role this season. She has started secretly dating Devon Jonson, Mack's half brother. Stephanie was reluctant to keep the relationship a secret but she later on agreed. Stephanie is seen a lot this season with Penelope and or Portland. She and Devon broke up in the four part “Springs vs. Blings” saga. They later got back together. Stephanie bought Devon an iPad and island for Christmas. In the “Wizard of Oz” special, Stephanie was the wizard. In “Secrets Are Revealed”, Devon and Stephanie decide to tell everyone about them dating but Devon says that he was embarrassed. Stephanie dumps him soon after. Devon tries to get her back but she refuses. She moves back to Texas at the end of the season.

Angie Page is an Italian girl and daughter of the owners of the Springs rival island the Blings. Her parents are named Cindy and Fred Page. She was Mack's main love interest for seasons two and three. Angie is good friends with Penelope, Chloe, Stephanie, Portland, and Veronica.

In season #2, Angie is introduced in “Springs vs. Blings: Romeo and Juliet”. Mack first met her while Mack and Penelope went down to the Blings to spy on how well it is turning out. Angie catches them. When Angie's parents, Cindy and Fred find them, Angie defends Mack and Penelope. When Cindy and Fred leave, Angie gives Mack her phone number. Mack and Angie start sneaking around to see each other. Cindy, Fred, and Principal Higginbottom soon catch them. Cindy and Fred finally allow Mack and Angie to keep dating. In the next episode, Cindy and Fred hold Stephanie and Portland hostage. Angie doesn't know about Mack and Chloe's past. Angie later invites Chloe and Lucas to have lunch with her and Mack. Mack and Chloe make a deal to not tell either Angie or Lucas about how they use to date. Lucas later catch Mack and Chloe making out which leads to Lucas dumping her. Mack and Chloe then come clean to Angie about their past. Angie says that she is okay with it and that she is glad they told her the truth. When Mack goes to start the car, Angie tells Chloe that if she ever flirts with him or tries to get him back then Angie would become her worst nightmare. Mack and Angie plan to go away on Christmas together but Lilly (who is in charge of the private airport) wouldn't allow it only because she doesn't like them. Angie was the good witch of the North in the Chloe's wizard of oz dream. Angie was the last person to find out about Devon and Stephanie dating before they told everyone. First to find out was Lilly, then Derek Wang, and then Mack.

In “Mack Springs: A Summer Like No Other”, Mack and Angie had planned to go on a cruise together. After Mack had decided to follow Penelope and Lilly to see what they were planning, Angie took Chloe instead. Angie and Chloe later turned the boat around to Dominican Republic to help Mack stop Penelope and Lilly.

Jo Martinez is one of the first season's main characters. Jo Martinez is only a main character for the first season. She made one appearance during the second season and two appearances during the third season. Jo Martinez is Larry Martinez's sister. Jo is partial owner of “Boom Ba Boom” and “Ba Boom Ba” She is also Portland and Cortland Madison's cousin.

In season #1, Jo Martinez is introduced as an athletic tomboy. She is mansion-mates with Penelope, Chloe, and Stephanie. Jo is shown to have a crush on Mack and looks younger than what she is. She is great at skateboarding an rollerskating. Jo and Trevor are really close friends. Jo is one of Mack's best friends along with Trevor. In “Penelope Rules”, it is shown that she is good at karate. Mack's cousin Victoria is a makeup artist who disguised Jo to look like Chloe. They needed Jo to knock out Penelope so they could free Mack's parents. Jo leaves the series two episodes before the season finale. She leaves the cast in episode “Jo Gone Mo Gone”. Jo wins an Italian exchange program where she will spend rest of high school at an Italian boarding school in Italy. Even though Jo leaves, Larry stays and takes over full management at the two restaurants.

In season #2, Jo is no longer part of the cast this season as she now goes to an Italian boarding school in Italy. She is replaced by her later revealed to be cousin Portland Madison who serves as Trevor's main love interest. Jo Martinez returns for one episode in “A Mack Springs Christmas”. Penelope was planning on seeing Jo for Christmas, but after they were snowed in, Jo flew down there. Jo and Portland revealed that they were cousins. They are also revealed to be really competitive.

In season #2, Portland is introduced as Jo Martinez's replacement. Portland and Mack go a date where they run into Chloe on her first date with Lucas. Mack and Portland don't work out and they remain friends. Portland starts dating Trevor the next day. Portland and Trevor remain a couple for the whole season and don't breakup once. They could possibly the best couple on that island since they never had a single problem. Portland and Trevor plan to spend Christmas together in the Caribbeans. They end up getting banned after Portland had a fight with a girl named Gabriela who was flirting with Trevor. Portland is revealed to be Jo and Larry's cousin in the same episode. Portland has a twin sister named Cortland who she never knew she had. Cortland starts trying to flirt with Trevor which leads to Portland sending her on the next plane off the island. In the season finale, Penelope took Trevor and Portland on a hot air ballooning ride. It later started to rain, thunder, and lightning. Penelope suggested jumping out of the balloon which they did. Trevor Mitchel is Mack and Devon's best friend and is from Paris, France. Trevor is good friends with Mack, Devon, Chloe, Penelope, Angie, Stephanie, Jo, and mostly everyone else. Trevor is twice married. His first marriage was in 2012 to his girlfriend Portland Madison. Portland dies four months later after she is electrocuted by lightning and dies in a ballooning accident.

In season #1, Trevor's role was a bit minor than others. His role is even a bit more minor that Stephanie or Jo's. He is Mack's best friend and mansion-mate along with Devon Jonson. Trevor is shown to have crushes on Bertha, Chloe, and possibly Jo. They all ware off after about one episode. Trevor went to homecoming with Natalia Trunzo. It was revealed that Natalia was only using him to get to Chloe. In “The Mis-Match Survey”, Trevor helped Penelope rig the match making process to put Trevor with Chloe and Penelope with Mack. Mack and Chloe got revenge on Penelope but let Trevor off the hook because he never means to cause any trouble. Trevor is shown to be sometimes dimwitted such in “Penelope Springs” when Penelope and Devon tricked him into giving them complete control over everyone and everything there. Trevor was one of the people to be locked up after Penelope and Devon took over. He was locked up along with Stephanie, Bertha, Lilly, Alana, and Mackenzie.

In season #2, Trevor's role becomes more major in the season. He appears in more episodes than he did in the first season and he appears more in the plot line of the season. In “Back To School”, Trevor began dating Jo Martinez's replacement, Portland Madison. Portland and Trevor were the one couple who never fought or broke up. Portland and Trevor were almost never seen without each other unless Portland or Trevor weren’t in the episode. Trevor and Portland planned to go to the Caribbeans for Christmas. Portland got mad when a girl named Gabriela was flirting with him. Portland got mad and attacked her. It was later revealed that she was the ambassadors daughter. She had Portland and Trevor banded from the whole country. They ended up having Christmas at the Springs with everyone else. In “Wizard of the Springs”, Trevor was the cowardly lion in Chloe's dream. In “The End of Two Friends”, Penelope had taken Portland and Trevor on a ballooning ride. Portland was shocked and killed by lightning after Penelope and Trevor made it out of the balloon. Trevor took out his anger on trying to attack Penelope.

In “Mack Springs: A Summer Like No Other”, Trevor goes with Devon to Paris to see his family. They see Trevor's sister Michelle and her boyfriend Jean Luc. It was revealed that Jet Rufus in Jean Luc's brother. They go to help Mack after that.

Trevor Mitchel was absent for 13 episodes.

Lilly (seasons 1-2) is Devon's girlfriend for season one and Penelope's best friend for season two. She is also the main season two antagonist. Lilly is mansion-mates with Bertha Scar. Lilly's last name is unknown.

In season #1, Lilly was introduced in “Love Times Two”. Lilly is a new girl in school and Devon's girlfriend. Lilly gets angry at Devon when she finds out that Devon hasn't told anyone about them dating. Lilly breaks up with Devon. Devon and Lilly later get back together. Lilly appears in every episode for rest of season one. In “Penelope Springs”, Lilly breaks up with Devon after realizing that he is to stupid to realize that Penelope is only using him. Lilly is arrested by Penelope and Devon along with Stephanie, Trevor, Bertha, Alana, and Mackenzie.

In season #2, Lilly is in the season premiere as she is still locked up with Stephanie, Trevor, Bertha, Alana, and Mackenzie. After Penelope is arrested, Lilly and Devon don't get back together. Lilly is furious when she finds out that Devon has been dating someone (she is oblivious to the fact that it's Stephanie). When Devon and Stephanie break up, Devon gets back together with Lilly. Lilly reveals that she has been working with Penelope and that they plan to destroy Dominican Republic. After Devon finds out Penelope's real plan, Devon breaks up with Lilly. Penelope and Lilly put a mind control collar on Devon. While Devon and Trevor are fighting, Trevor knocks off the mind control collar which makes Devon remember everything. Penelope and Lilly are arrested at the end and Devon and Stephanie get back together but still keep their relationship a secret. In “The Christmas Dance”, it appears that Lilly has been released from prison along with Penelope. Lilly finds out that Devon and Stephanie are dating and she blackmails them. Lilly blackmails Devon to take her to the dance. After Devon breaks it off with Lilly, Lilly gets up on stage at the dance and tells everyone about Devon and Stephanie dating. Lilly later tells everyone that it was a lie. She then leaves the dance angerly. In “Coopers vs. Huffs”, Lilly is furious with Stephanie for embarrassing her at the Christmas dance. In “A Mack Springs Christmas”, Lilly and Bertha work at the private airport and they won't let Mack and Angie leave the island for their Christmas vacation.

In “A Mack Springs: A Summer Like No Other”, Lilly serves as the secondary antagonist. Penelope and Lilly work with a french criminal named Jet Rufus. At the end, Lilly and Penelope and Jet Rufus are arrested. Lilly remains in prison for season three.

Bertha Scar (seasons 1-2) is a student who appeared frequently in the first season but less in the second. She is mansion-mates with Lilly. She tends to hangout with Mack and the others at times. Trevor had a crush on Bertha for one episode back in season one but it wore off.

In season #1, Bertha Scar was introduced in the first episode with one line. She later developed a recurring role with one or two lines. She is shown to have a lot of anger and was sort of Penelope's best girlfriend for the season. Lilly was Penelope's best girlfriend for season two and Veronica for season three to six. During the second part of season one, Bertha appears in nearly every episode. Bertha, along with Stephanie, Trevor, Lilly, and Mack's parents are arrested by Penelope and Devon.

In season #2, Bertha Scar appears less frequently than she did in season one. Lilly always hangs out with Bertha this season. Bertha is shown to be more of an antagonist this season. Clair Higginbottom (season 1-2) is the Springs principal. She has been married four times in her life. Her first marriage was to Mark Turner. He died after them being married for eighteen years. Her second marriage was to Roy Malone for four months until they divorced. She then married Charles Higginbottom for twelve years which she later divorced him. Her final marriage was to Vice Principal Tim Bullet in a later season. She remains married to him for the rest of her life.

In season #1, Principal Higginbottom appears in numerous episodes. She is always shown with Tim Bullet or Mr. Smith. She does not get along with Penelope. She is interested in the McChloe nonsense along with everyone else. She likes Chloe and Jo. She doesn't like Stephanie that much either. She kisses up to Mack's parents. She was furious with Penelope and Devon when they held Mack and Devon's parents hostage. Principal Higginbottom made fun of Sienna when she had sea weed in her hair. Principal Higginbottom expelled Sienna right after.

In season #2, Principal Higginbottom appears more frequently. She introduces Portland Madison to the other girls. Principal Higginbottom is furious when she finds out Mack and Angie are dating. Mack and Devon are furious at Principal Higginbottom when she allows Josh Finklestein back into the school. Principal Higginbottom kisses up to Raven when she gets worried about loosing her job. In “Wizard of the Springs”, Principal Higginbottom helped stop Penelope from ruining Chloe's performance in “The Wizard of Oz”.

In season #1, Tim Bullet first appears in the third episode “Blood and Water”. Tim Bullet appears a lot with Principal Higginbottom. Tim Bullet also is seen a lot with Mr. Smith. Tim's first name was revealed in “Jo Gone Mo Gone”.

In season #2, Tim Bullet appears with Principal Higginbottom after Penelope and Devon are arrested. Tim Bullet only appears in five episodes this season. In all of them, he only has about one or two lines.

In season #1, Larry Martinez first appears in “The Mis-Match Survey”. Larry is first shown as a dork who Stephanie is making answer the match making survey for the winter dance. Larry is later seen in more episodes. In “Penelope Ruins McChloe Part 1”, Larry is revealed to own “Boom Ba Boom” and is Jo's brother which reveals his last name is Martinez. Larry appears in several more episodes that season. Larry, along with a lot others are crazy over the McChloe drama.

In season #2, Larry Martinez returns and appears for often. Every time someone comes to “Boom Ba Boom” or “Ba Boom Ba”, Larry will be at the front to seat them at a table. Most people are usually rude and give him mean comments, especially Penelope. Larry always replies by threatening to spit in their food or drinks. Larry doesn't ever have a big role. He mentions Jo quite often. When Jo returns in “A Mack Springs Christmas”, Jo and Larry have no communication. Although Jo mentions that she and Portland are cousins, Larry never mentioned that he and Portland and Cortland are related.

Unlike Mack, Lucas actually is sad when Chloe spends a semester in Antarctica. After these two appearances, Lucas takes a long line of absences until episode “Springs vs. Blings: Lucas Dumps Chloe”, Chloe and Lucas go on a double date with Mack and Angie without Angie and Lucas aware of Mack and Chloe's past. After Lucas catches Mack and Chloe making out, Lucas breaks up with Chloe. They eventually get back together in “A Mack Springs Christmas”. Lucas plays the tin man in Chloe's “Wizard of Oz” dream. In “Meet the Parents”, it was revealed that Lucas's parents Carmine and Loretta are both in prison. Lucas makes his final appearance in “Secrets Are Revealed”. Lucas is part of a Japanese exchange program which sent him to Japan. Lucas is forced to breakup with Chloe permanently. Chloe and Lucas share one last kiss before he leaves for his flight to Japan. Chloe starts tearing up as Lucas's plane flies away. Lucas is mentioned by Chloe several times after his departure.

Derek Wang (seasons 1-2) is Stephanie and later Penelope's ex-boyfriend during season two. Derek is a bad boy. He appears once in the first season and in multiple episodes for the second season during the time he is dating Penelope.

In season #1, Derek Wang makes his only appear in “The Mis-Match Survey”. He along with Jo, Bertha, and Drake get in trouble for trying to hack the the dating survey. He has about one or two lines.

In season #2, Derek Wang first appears in “Back To School” as Stephanie's new boyfriend. They began dating during the summer. While on a date at “Ba Boom Ba”, Derek breaks up with Stephanie who does not take it well at all. Derek reappears in “Love Penelope: NOT!”. He is one of the boys that Penelope's new perfume is mind controlling. After not appearing for eleven episodes, Derek returns in “Derek Loves Stephanie”. Derek comes begging for Stephanie to take him back without knowing Stephanie and Devon are dating. Lilly eventually tells Derek the truth about Devon and Stephanie. Derek later starts dating Penelope. They breakup not to long later.

Mr. Smith (season 1) is a teacher at the Springs. He is a bit of a klutz at times. He always forgets to pull up his zipper. He and Penelope have a horrible relationship.

In season #1, Mr. Smith appears in the first episode of the series. After Stephanie yelled out in front of the class, Mr. Smith got worried that Stephanie would get violent so he expelled Josh Finklestein before Stephanie got even more angry. After that episode, Mr. Smith had a short break from the series. He returned in “The Mis-Match Survey”. He went to the winter dance. He was also in “Chloe-Stein”, he made Penelope invite everyone to her Halloween party which Penelope was furious about. He also appears in part one of “Penelope Ruins McChloe”. He along with everyone else is crazy about the McChloe drama. His final season one episode is in “Jo Gone Mo Gone”, he appears in several scenes in that episode.

In season #1, the unnamed cop first appears in “All's Fair in a Science Fair”. He shows up at the science fair after Stephanie was using illegal technology. Stephanie lied about her age which got Principal Higginbottom and Vice principal Bullet arrested. The cop appears two more times in the season. He arrests Penelope and Devon in “Chloe Goes Missing” and “Penelope Rules”.

In season #2, the cop returns for one episode. He appears in “Springs vs. Blings: The Battle of Dominican Republic”. He arrests Penelope and Lilly.

In “Mack Springs: A Summer Like No Other”, the cop makes an appearance at the end when he arrests Penelope, Lilly, and Jet Rufus.

Alana and Mackenzie (season 1-2) are Mack, Zach, and Devon's parents. They first appear in “Penelope Rules”. Alana and Mackenzie are always seen together. Mackenzie and Alana own the Springs. They are Principal Higginbottom and all the other workers at the Springs boss.

In season #1, Alana and Mackenzie first appear in “Penelope Rules”. After Penelope and Devon get out of jail, Devon kidnaps his and Mack's parents. Penelope wants Chloe in return for Mack's parents to be released. Mack's cousin Victoria makes Jo look exactly like Chloe. When Penelope isn't looking, Jo (who is disguised as Chloe) knocks Penelope out and frees Mack's parents. Alana and Mackenzie appear in the season one finale “Penelope Springs”. Devon now has a strained relationship with his parents after what happened in their previous episode. When Mack goes to get Chloe from Canada, Mack leaves Trevor in charge of the Springs. Penelope and Devon trick Trevor into giving them complete control over the Springs. Alana and Mackenzie are locked up along with Stephanie, Trevor, Lilly, and Bertha.

In season #2, Alana and Mackenzie appear in the season premiere of the second season as they are still in prison with Stephanie, Trevor, Lilly, and Bertha. Mack returns to the Springs but he is arrested as well. While in the prison cell, Mackenzie reveals a pad lock with opens up a hole. They are able to escape underground. They all confront Penelope and Devon. Devon leaves Penelope after he finds out that he is being used. When Penelope almost destroys Mack, Stephanie, Trevor, Lilly, Bertha, Alana, and Mackenzie and Chloe, Devon saves the day and knocks Penelope out of the high building which puts her in a full body cast. Alana and Mackenzie return in “The Raven Reveal”. They come to tell Principal Higginbottom that the Raven of the school is coming. The Raven turns out to be Mack's seventh grade girlfriend, Raven. In “Coopers vs. Huffs”, Alana and Mackenzie have a fight with Penelope's parents Penny and Roger. Alana and Mackenzie also appear in “Meet the Parents”.

In season #2, Cindy and Fred are introduced when Mack and Penelope sneak onto the Blings to spy on the island. Cindy and Fred are openly cold and cruel to Mack and Penelope. Cindy and Fred are even more furious when they learn Mack and Angie like each other and start dating. In the next episode, Cindy and Fred hold Penelope Ann Huff and Portland Madison hostage. Their plan is later foiled. Cindy and Fred reappear in “Portland's Long Lost Sister Part 1” when Penelope and Angie get Cindy and Fred to pretend that the Blings is Penelope's island so she can impress her mother and stepfather. They make their final appearance this season in episode “Meet the Parents” when Mack and Angie set up a dinner so Mack can get to know Angie's parents while Angie can get to know Mack's parents.

In season #2, Cortland first appears in part one of “Portland's Long Lost Sister”. Trevor Mitchel starts to think he is seeing double Portland's. Portland decides to let Cortland stay with her until she can get back on her feet. Cortland later starts to flirt with Trevor much to his dismay. In season #1, Josh appears in the series premiere. Right of the bat, Mack, Devon, and Trevor hate him. They try to get Principal Higginbottom to kick him out but she refuses. Mack, Devon, and Trevor later decide to pay Stephanie Williams to have a huge outburst in class. Stephanie claims Josh and her use to date and that he dumped her in the middle of no where and left. The teacher, Mr. Smith was terrified of Stephanie so he just expelled Josh.

In season #2, Josh appears in episode five “The Return of Finklestein” as he has signed back up and is now Mack, Devon, and Trevor's roommate again. Josh also starts to flirt with Trevor's new girlfriend, Portland Madison which disgusts her completely. Josh later decides he wants to go home to Greece.

When Mr. Smith's class have to make a cake and right their secret on a piece of paper and stick it in the cake, Natalia plans to get Chloe's secret and humiliate her. Sienna clashes with Chloe, Penelope, Stephanie, and Jo from the start. Mack doesn't realize that Sienna is mean and evil. When Mack finds out the truth about Sienna, he dumped her. Sienna is later expelled by Principal Higginbottom.

In season #2, Sienna Grace unexpectedly returns in “Springs vs. Blings: Lucas Dumps Chloe”. Sienna is revealed to have been stalking the kids at the Springs. Sienna was Devon and Lilly's therapist Mr. Pipp in disguise. Sienna then appears in “Springs vs. Blings: The Battle of Dominican Republic”. She tries to destroy everyone in Dominican Republic but she fails. She is arrested and does not appear afterward.

Zach was always jealous of Mack and was abandoned as a child. Zach helped Penelope try to break up Mack and Chloe.

In season #1, Zach first appeared in “The Sword of Mack”. Zach was kidnapped Chloe and was going to use a bomb to blow her up if he wouldn't turn over the Springs to him. Mack and Zach had a long fight but it ended with Zach going over a cliff. At the end of the episode, it revealed that he survived. He reappears in “Penelope Ruins McChloe Part 1”. Penelope payed him to make Chloe think Mack cheated on her with Penelope. When Zach comes to Penelope for the money she owes him, she gives him a coupon to get a pedicure. Zach is never seen or mentioned again.

Scientist Bumpkin

Scientist Bumpkin (seasons 1-2) is a weird scientist who lives on the Springs. He lives in his lab with all of his different chemicals and potions. He was on a prank show in “Chloe-Stein” when he turned Chloe into Frankenstein.

In season #1, Scientist Bumpkin appeared in “Chloe-Stein”. He kidnapped Chloe and held her hostage. After she escaped, a potion was thrown on her and made her Frankenstein. At the end of the episode, when everyone came to confront Chloe that it was a prank show, Scientist Bumpkin came out too. Then Jo Martinez and Trevor Mitchel came out and revealed they were the actual hosts and they were actually pranking Penelope.

In season #2, Scientist Bumpkin returned in “Portland's Long Lost Sister Part 1” because Portland and Mack were starting to think Trevor was going crazy because he was seeing another Portland when he was with his Portland. The machine Scientist Bumpkin made exploded and Trevor was furious.
